What kind of food can I use?JiRo works with most frozen raw cubes, nuggets, or minced pieces—ideally 1–5 cm in size. No special pucks or pods required.

What if I’ve removed the bowl?The system pauses and notifies you (via indicator or app). Meals won’t drop unless the bowl is in place.

How do I clean it?All food-contact parts pop out in seconds and are dishwasher-safe. Designed for quick weekly cleanups.

Will it jam or clog?No. JiRo is designed to work with loose frozen pieces and features anti-jam sensors and an intelligent auger.

What happens if there’s a power cut?JiRo keeps meals cold for hours and resumes the defrost schedule once power returns.

Can I take it with me when I travel?JiRo is freestanding but not designed for portability—it’s meant to simplify feeding at home while you’re away. However the JiRo Countertop is more convenient when travelling, be advised to empty before and after travel.
